Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for local and oversea purchase order processing, maintain and update purchasing documents and record.
  • Responsible for local wholesale and overseas
  • Forecasting levels of demand for product to meet the market demand.
  • Monitor closely on the goods delivery schedules and tackle various problems with related parties.
  • Negotiate on pricing and monitoring their progress, and reviewing the quality of service provided.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management to review the performance of the suppliers and inventory level.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
  • General Office maintenance and ordering

Specific Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Diploma or above.
  • At least 5 years merchandising/purchasing experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proactive and a team player.
  • Detailed-oriented, well organized and good problem solving skills. 
  • Ability to work under tight timeline and high work pressure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
