職責:

  • 日常帳務及行政管理工作, 包括核對及結算賬款
  • 核對現金記錄以確保店舖現金流充足
  • 管理及紀錄信用卡結算
  • 協助店舖經理處理行政工作,如訂購物資,安排更表,核對出勤記錄及假期記錄等

 

入職要求:

  • 3 年相關收銀及行政管理,具零售,百貨公司及超市經驗更佳
  • 能操作POS收銀系統,信用咭及現金收銀及結算程序
  • 熟練電腦系統操作和 MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • 有責任心, 細心, 處事謹慎及具團隊合作精神
