Salary (HKD) Min. $38,000 / month

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of cake production and daily kitchen activities

- Maintain high standard of cake preparation, quality and hygiene according to Company standard

- Work closely with Restaurant for production development and production planning to ensure the sufficient supply and efficient resources utilization

- Develop new menu for regular and seasonal promotion

- Coaching team members for continuous product enhancement

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pastry or bakery production, at least 2 years’ experience in head-chef level

- Candidate with Hotel Pastry experience would be advantage

- Good knowledge and experience in cooking

- Passion in pastry, detail oriented, well organized and self-motivated

- Strong leadership and problem solving skill

- Immediate available is preferred
