Family is looking for a  HOUSEKEEPER/FAMILY SECRETARY -  to manage a luxurious residential premises (house with swimming pool and garden) and to provide professional domestic and butler service to a family - with details as follows :  

  • University graduates
  • Must be able to communicate well in Mandarin
  • Over 10 years working experience in administrative/secretarial/personal assistance to senior management
  • Experience in servicing top management or high net worth families in home affairs or as personal assistants is highly prefer
  • Managerial level experience is a plus
  • Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management skills to be able to lead a sizable team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill, with high level of integrity
  • Mature character, polite with good manner, energetic with patience Able to lead and manage a sizable Domestic Housekeeping Service Team
  • Responsible for providing professional housekeeping/butler service/real estate management service/family secretarial service for a family inside a house (with swimming pool and garden)
  • Oversee and manage all operations and household staff including domestic helpers, drivers, security guards and any contractors attending the properties
  • Ensuring smooth daily operation of the Domestic Service team and professional service is delivered
  • Ensure that the house is in good condition e.g. proper functioning of the surveillance system, security system, phone system, etc Coordinating with building services contractors for maintenance/renovation work of the residential premises (house) when needed
  • Providing professional secretarial and personal assistance to family members related to domestic affairs
  • Recruitment and training of household staff including domestic helpers & drivers All household administration including checking incoming mails, deliveries, inventories, invites, menus etc
  • Shopping for groceries and house supplies and timely replenishment of all household stock
  • Responsible for the effective management of all household staff shifts, rosters and schedules
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of premises, making sure all areas are kept to the highest standard
  • Ensure daily smooth operation of all premises; and each family member is well taken care of in a professional manner
