Job Description

  • Handle incoming call enquires from members
  • Answer customers' enquries by providing accurate and updated information
  • Arrange booking for flight and hotel for members
  • Handle and manage complaints professionally

Why you?

  • DSE or above with At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Native in Cantonese. Good English and PTH is a MUST. 
  • Excellent in Korean or Japanese is an advantage (Extra-allowance will be provided)
  • Good phone manner and customer service skills
  • Good problem solving mind-set

Benefits

  • Salary: 16-20K
  • Annual Leave: 14 days annual leave
