• 管理全線廚房日常運作
• 食物品質控制,菜單設計及研發
• 監控產品成本
• 定期了解市場顧客需求,作出產品改良
• 定期到分店制作水平

條件:
• 須具備管理廚房團隊經驗十年以上
• 須懂編製菜單(中/西)
• 有洒店及西餐經驗優先
• 具良好溝通能力,管理技巧
• 懂文書處理; 熟悉電腦.
• 對飲食業有熱誠,有創意,有領導才能.
