主要職責

  • 提供優質一站式賓客服務
  • 處理租戶及賓客查詢及投訴
  • 推廣商場活動、處理登記及換領禮品或禮券
  • 處理一般文書工作

 

要求

  • 中五程度
  • 良好溝通技巧、待人親切有禮及誠懇主動
  • 能操良好英語、粵語及普通話
  • 懂基本電腦操作(中文輸入法及MS Office) 6天工作,9小時(1小時食飯),需輪班

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling general customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers
  • Ensuring service standards are being met
  • No Selling is required

 

Job Requirement

  • DSE or above
  • At least one year working experience; preferably in customer service sector (Part-time/Full-time)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Candidate who is immediately available is highly preferable
