要求:

  • 高級文憑/ 副學士或以上
  • 歡迎Fresh Grad,有客服經驗更佳
  • 良好中英文及普通話
  • 主動積極,有禮

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent, friendly and responsive concierge service
  • Provide a full range of concierge services to customers
  • Proactive responding customer needs
  • Hanlde customers' enquiries and complaints

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese
