工作內容:

  • 於熱線中心專人接聽客戶來電查詢
  • 解答有關發卡條款、收費項目及指引、私隱政策、個人資料(私隱)條例問題及提供解決方案

工作要求:

  • 中學文憑試/中學會考程度或以上
  • 一年全職工作經驗
  • 能耐心地聆聽客戶的查詢,以及提出適當問題以釐清客戶的要求
  • 具良好溝通技巧及服務態度
  • 能以流利中英文和普通話溝通
  • 懂基本電腦操作
  • 需輪班工作, (星期一至五,上午9時至下午9時,星期六,上午9時至下午6時,星期日及公眾假期休息)
