  • 负责公司文书资料及内部信息的保密工作
  • 负责公司报刊﹑杂志订阅及发放
  • 会议及活动管理 * 组织相关工作会议,记录、整理会议纪要,并负责会议决议的督办事项
  • 协助上级处理公司治理相关工作



任职要求

  • 大学本科及以上学历,五年以上工作经验
  • 熟悉办公室行政及工作流程,熟悉相关信函、档处理要求
  • 具有大型国企﹑银行相关工作经验者优先
  • 具有扎实的中文写作功底,文科类专业优先
  • 熟练运用OFFICE等办公软体,具备较强的书面和口头表达能力
  • 流行普通话 (母语者优先)、良好广东话及英语
