1) Marketing Executive

Duties:

  • Report to the European Director
  • Execute marketing research and related data analysis
  • Handle advertising, marketing and promotional activities including email marketing, newsletter social media, EDM etc
  • Liaise with internal design and Merchandising team 
  • Produce professional communication materials including copy writing and proofreading
  • Manage content of the website and different social media platforms

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree Holder is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail industry such as fashion / FMCG / will be a plus
  • Good command of English 
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Humble, proactive, a good team player, flexible in accepting any assignments
  • Immediately available is preferred

 

2) Customer Service 

Duties:

  • Handling customers’ enquiries and report to Manager
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide general clerical duties and data entry
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments
  •  

Requirements:

  • Diploma / DSE above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin & Cantonese will be a plus
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good PC knowledge of MS office
  • Typing speed at 35 wpm in English & 25 wpm in Chinese
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome as Trainee

 

3) Administrative Assistant

Duties:

  • Handle typing, filing, minutes writing and general daily clerical duties
  • Handling customers’ enquiries and follow up with reports
  • Assist policy implementation in maintenance, security and cleaning services
  • Assist other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / DSE above
  • 1 to 2 years working experience 
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese will be a plus
  • Good PC skills including Word, Excel, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
