1) Sales Administrator

Duties:

  • Support Sales team on sales and marketing duties
  • Email communication with retail shop and restaurant
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 5 years of related working experience
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Windows, Photoshop prefer
  • Stable working record will be a plus
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome

 

2) Sales Supervisor

Duties:

  • Supervise a sales team of Promoters 
  • Roster and schedule arrangement
  • Staff training for promoters
  • Work closely with internal parties and promoters
  • Site visit is required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 8 years of related working experience
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
  • Stable working record will be a plus

 

3) General Clerk

Duties:

  • Follow up quotation, sales order and invoices
  • Data Entry and filing
  • General sales support including administration work
  • Preparation of Sales report
  • Follow up promotion letter/leaflet
  • Liaise closely with promoters
  • Assist Sales on stock control (morning period) and stock Take (afternoon) when necessary
  • Ad hoc and operation duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Experienced in sales promotion follow-up will be a plus
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Windows
  • Stable working record will be a plus
