職責/ Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily front desk operation including check in and check out procedures
  • 處理日常前台工作包括住戶或訪客登記及退房手續
  • Answering incoming calls and handle customer's enquiries with courteous manner
  • 處理日常電話或面對面客人查詢
  • Establish good relationship with guest and identify their needs and provide proper solution
  • 與客人建立良好的關係; 解決客人問題
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • 處理日常突發事情

 

職位要求/ Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • 大專或以上
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in hotel or property management field
  • 最少一年或以上酒店或物管經驗
  • Good command in spoken English and Mandarin
  • 良好英文及普通話
  • Friendly, customer-oriented and work independent
  • 友善,客人導向和獨立工作
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 良好溝通技巧
  • Salary Range $15000-$18000
  • 薪金每月$15000 - $18000
  • 9 hours duty (shift); 6 days off per month
  • 9小時工作: 一個月6天假期
  • 12 Annual Leave, Life Insurance, Medical and Meal allowance and Year-end bonus
  • 12有薪年假, 入籌,醫療保險, 膳食津貼, 年尾花紅
