Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and public relations strategies & initiatives for cruise brands.
  • Ability to create Marketing Plan for Crystal Cruise for Asia markets
  • Responsible for organizing events, execute marketing functions.
  • Responsible for building relationships with stakeholders and key international media outlets in the region to drive brand awareness and understanding of our exciting cruise business. 
  • Provide strategic Marketing and PR direction and execution to enhance the Company’s propositions and drive brand awareness.
  • Oversee the execution of Marketing and PR programs to generate awareness and positive media coverage on products and services.
  • Act as key contact point for media issues as well as organizing event and press conferences and media events.
  • To handle ad-hoc projects, marketing and PR related functions.
  • Provide support, develop strategies and execute plan during crisis situations.
  • Become innately familiar with team members to encourage knowledge sharing, and to help establish and foster connections between team members through initiatives such as team profiles, etc.
  • Build the team culture across several geographies in Asia, especially China team, through various initiatives and communications.
  • Be a role model for living the brand promise and philosophy among colleagues.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in corporate communications, marketing or public relations, or related business disciplines
  • At least 10 years working experience in public relations, media, corporate communications or public affairs
  • Strong connections with key international partners and media outlets in Asia and China
  • Excellent news judgment and a strong understanding of news cycles
  • High flexibility and adaptability in work
  • Presentable with strong business acumen
  • Good knowledge of digital and social media
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
