Beijing Urban Construction Group (BUCG) is a large international comprehensive construction group with its six core businesses, including Construction Engineering, Real Estate Development, Design, Landscaping, Property Management and Investment & Financing, developing a high-efficiency industrial chain integrated upstream and downstream construction industries with outstanding competitiveness. In 2019, BUCG has ranked the 13th in ENR Top 250 Global Contractors, the 105th in “Top 250 International Contractors”, the 66th in “Top 150 Global Designers” and has also won Overseas Construction Engineering Luban Prize.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination with clients and sub-contractors, solving site drawing issues.
  • Responsible for supervising subcontractors' design cooperation with E&M, Airport system, façade, etc.
  • Assist Project Coordinator in the preparation of method statements, material logistics plans, demarcation drawings, etc.
  • Responsible for coordinating subcontractors' 2D design and BIM team's 3D design.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years shop-drawing designing experiences in public building, luxury hotel, residential, show flat, F&B interior fitting-out projects in Hong Kong. Site coordination/design experience is preferable.
  • Responsible for coordination with clients and sub-contractors, solving site drawing issues.
  • Good skill in Hong Kong's shop drawing discipline and details drawing (Prioritize), basic interior schematic design.
  • Good knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, Rhino (optional) etc.
  • Good writing and speaking English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferred
  • Responsible and able to work independently till project completion and under pressure.
  • Immediately preferable.
