Responsibilities include:

1) Center Operations & Customer Services

o Meet and greet students, parents, school representatives, delivery persons, etc.

o Answer and screen incoming calls, relay messages, answer general enquiries, schedule appointments for classes & courses 

o Assist Operation Manager on maintaining schedule for classes & courses including coordinating schedules, collating course materials, collecting feedback forms, recording attendance and score tests

o Assist Operation Manager on maintaining office efficiency: prepare rooms and materials for courses; order, maintain and monitor office supplies and inventory, including library management and stationary, desks, lighting, chairs, computers and acquisition of ad-hoc requests

o Provide first level helpdesk support for all computer, printer, fax and office machines

o Collaborate with other departments on events organizing

 

2) Customer Service 

o Build and maintain good relationship with clients

o Answer client inquiries and collect feedback from students and parents

 

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese a plus
  • Detailed- minded and professional customers service experience are required 
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
