What you’ll do:

  • Acquisition: Research and develop acquire F&B merchant to help onboard on Klook platform. 
  • Such as negotiating packages, research and develop packages to benefit both Klook and F&B partners and contract amendment coordination   
  • Through various channels of pipeline (telephone development, geo-development, mail development, etc.), explore the Hong Kong food market, promote and follow-up implementation cooperation.
  • Use different channels such as (telemarketing, walk in and email) to research and develop F&B leads 
  • Customer relationship maintenance, understanding customer needs, providing marketing plan recommendations, improving overall order performance
  • Improve performance of existing account by forming a strong relationship with merchant and proposing marketing kit. 

   

What you’ll need:

  • Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Have a relative understanding and love for Hong Kong food culture.
  • Team player and have a proactive attitude 
  • Good understanding on acquisition process. (lead, approach to closing) and have a start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
  • Have good communication skills and business negotiation skills.
  • Love the Internet, travel and food, and experience in food business development is a plus.
  • Be able to work under-pressure and meet objectives.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Having at least a year of sales experience or dealing with restaurants would be advantageous.
