A client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

 

Account and Administrative Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and manage administrative & secretarial support to enhance the efficiency of the company's professional teams
  • Answer and receive phone calls and handle daily office activities such as stationery supply, office equipment administration, facilities maintenance
  • Filing and handle daily accounting entries, issue cheques and bank reconciliation
  • Assist the General Manager in other personal assistance duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above, preferably with secretarial training
  • Good command of PC skills MS office, Excel, Word and some IT knowledge
  • Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Good organizational skills, hardworking, detailed mind, responsible, independent and good interpersonal skill
  • Capable to handle assignment with care and under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
