  • We are increasing our FinTech offering to include digital payments and investments products integrating blockchain and A.I. technologies.
  • The company's customers mainly include brokers, future companies, public funds, trust companies, insurance companies, banks, exchanges, private equity funds, among others
  • We are looking for CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - with details as follows :
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders;
  • Drive resolution of challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
  • Collaborate with the business development and product teams to develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting bank background client relationships;
  • Properly handle crisis events (such as complaints, etc.) and resolve issues;
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, pre-sales and post-sales;
  • Degree holder or above in in Business, Banking, Finance, Information Technology or any related disciplines preferred;
  • At least 2 years' relevant working experience;
  • Able to handle multiple concurrent activities and work under pressure;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation abilities;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential;
  • Responsible, independent, proactive with flexible and positive attitude;
  • Native English is preferred and good command of written and spoken Chinese;
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 12 days
