Responsibilities:

  • Write and distribute pitch letters, news releases, backgrounders, fact sheets, bios, newsletters, social media content, and other communications materials
  • Handle routine media inquiries
  • Pitch and develop relationships with media
  • Monitor and report on communications results, including media coverage, social media etc.
  • Assist with account administration duties such as activity reports
  • Maintain relationship with the client and external audiences
  • Participate and manage client projects

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PR & Communications, preferably in agency setting
  • Organized and detail-minded
  • Proactive and possess ability to work under intense and fast-pace environment, with sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage numerous projects/activities simultaneously
  • Good understanding of PR practice in Lifestyle and hospitality sectors
  • Creative and strategic thinking
  • Strong team player
  • Bachelor degree holder in Public Relations, Communications or Marketing is a plus. Candidates with other discipline is also welcome
