Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality account servicing to existing abacare clients
  • Manage renewal process of individual clients
  • Manage the on-boarding process of new clients
  • Offer technical product support to sales persons
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Knowledge of Cantonese and/or other languages is useful but not essential
  • Mature, self-motivated & able to work under pressure
  • Patient with good service attitude and skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
