Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for all sales activities for appointed accounts.  Development of sales plans for growth in-line with the company’s 5 year growth strategy. 

Job Duties:

  • Manages all aspects of the account developing relationships at all levels
  • Works to achieve KPI’s for accounts
  • Works closely with overseas sales teams/reps where necessary to drive business growth
  • Ensures order support, sales forecasting
  • Supports quality complaint management
  • Drives growth at customers by ensuring the support on new projects, assisting project prioritization and support
  • Project identification and scope- develop clear function, cost and timing goals
  • Sets pricing strategy in line with strategic plan
  • Provides regular progress reporting on sales and new opportunity development
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree / High Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years solid sales experience in electrical and mechanical products,  knowledge in motors is preferable; 
  • Developing sales planning, identifying customer requirements, meeting sales goals, cultivating customer relationships; developing budgets;
  • Strong market knowledge, relationship management and negotiation skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Immediate available is preferable;
  • Stationed in Shenzhen
