About Our Client

Our client was established in Hong Kong in the early 60s as a direct subsidiary of a reputable Japanese firm. They position themselves as a Commercial Solution Provider that specialize in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). The company acts as a catalyst for businesses to ameliorate flexibility and productivity whilst minimizing costs. Their wide spectrum of services, ranging from document processing to printing, have always been delivered with pristine quality which allowed them to dominate the industry since 2000. To sustain such high standards, they are now looking for a talented Account Manager to join their team and oversee their business processes in Hong Kong.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for providing professional advice and insights on Managed IT Services (MITS) to both existing and potential customers in various vertical markets. Coordination with the Pre-Sales teams should be sustained in order to identify new business opportunities and fulfill business targets. Moreover, you are required to execute sales strategies professionally and presentably to secure long-term customer relationships. On top of that, you are expected to proactively visit customers and conduct strategic account reviews.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High Diploma educated
  • 2 years of sales experience from any B2B field
  • Strong products knowledge on hardware (e.g. PC, switches, routers, servers & DC) and solutions (e.g. applications, storage, networks, virtualization) is an asset
  • Excellent verbal (English, Cantonese) and written communication skills, fair mandarin.
