  • Design & execute the one-stop solution of eMarketing, Customer Engagement & related data service for key clients
  • Prepare the project proposal, quotation, progress report & related workflow documentations. Coordinate & consolidate client’s feedback & comments for revision
  • Manage the eMarketing projects roll-out from the beginning to end & deliver the daily operation with high quality & time manner
  • Closely monitoring the project deliverables & work with internal team, 3rd party vendor & clients
  • Resource & budget planning & project management for all assigned key clients
  • Perform the regular eMarketing benchmarking study & formulate the industrial best practices & strategies


  • At least 5 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing and data analysis, less experience will consider as Assistant Manager  
  • Good account management skill set for client relationship retention, contract renewal, service scope up-&-cross selling
  • Solid working knowledge on digital marketing especially on email marketing
  • Strong interpersonal skill and coordination, organizational skills
  • Ability to simultaneously prioritize and multi-task projects
  • CRM, digital, technology-savvy & willing to work under pressure & tight timeline
  • Fluent English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
