RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with existing customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Partner with other internal business units to formulate value propositions in response to customers' needs and prospect requirements for achieving measurable results
  • Provide a positive customer service experience by timely response and successful delivery of services according to customer’s needs and objectives
  • Grow the existing accounts by developing new business
  • Identify opportunities within the designated industries for new customer acquisition
  • Analyze the customer profiles to develop a sales plan for strategic solution selling
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast business trend to achieve the assigned sales objectives

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience in ICT industry
  • Strong knowledge in networking, security and Cloud computing products is preferred
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Fluent in Cantonese, good command in English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with solid experience will be considered as Senior Account Manager
