We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Account Service Executive .

In this role, you will

  • Manage designated clients’ portfolio proactively to cultivate good relationship with the clients for customers’ retention and high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct enrolment meeting to introduce our products and service to new join members
  • Liaise with Pension Admin and other relevant departments to resolve the clients’ daily operational issues
  • Provide a single point of contact for addressing all the clients’ enquiries on our Employees Benefits services
  • Channel customers’ feedback on our products and services to management for continuous service and products improvement
  • Assist the supervisor in coaching Account Service Officer or Senior Account Service Officer
  • To improve the operational efficiency by providing full support to campaigns and programmes
  • To support and coordinate any ad hoc project or special assignment, initiatives as required by the department or company

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder or above
  • Good command of Computer knowledge including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Mandatory Provident Funds licensed
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in General legislative requirements of Mandatory Provident Fund, Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance, Group Medical’s products and services, Group Life’s products and services, General Insurance’s product concept
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Good command of Putonghua preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
