RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Responsible for the full books of accounts of one subsidiary in Australia
  • Liaise with all Australia clients/stakeholders either by phone or via email
  • Chase payment and resolve queries from customers by phone or via email
  • Ensure sales commission calculated on a timely manner
  • Record all banking transactions and upload bank payment for approval
  • Handle month-end closing, financial budget, cash flow forecast and ad hoc projects
  • Work with external auditor to complete annual audit
  • Assist and work with cross-functional department from subsidiaries in PRC and Macau

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a western MNC, preferably with Australia background.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and executing the finance function via ERP system
  • Good Microsoft OS skills and knowledge
  • Must have a strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese/ Cantonese
  • General understanding of Australia taxation and labour law/ practices as additional advantage
