RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for examining business contracts、reimbursement and payment;
  2. Complete budget preparation and forecast;
  3. Periodical check the financial status、operation result and changeable bankroll, and maintain close tie to the headquarter in Beijing;
  4. Handle related taxation issues;
  5. Any ad-hoc works assigned by supervisor(s).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines;
  2. Over 3 years related working experience in sizable company;
  3. Good capacity in the cost management, risk management, and analytical ability;
  4. Proficient in MS Office software and accounting software;
  5. Able to complete assigned tasks individually with minimum supervision, and good at communications skills;
  6. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and English will be a plus.

 

職責描述:

  1. 負責審核公司合約、日常報銷、付款等;
  2. 配合集團完成子公司預算編制;
  3. 掌握公司財務狀況、經營成效和資金變動情況、負責與總部(北京)的財務工作對接及匯報;
  4. 負責計算和申報稅務工作;
  5. 其他上司安排的工作。

 

任職要求:

  1. 大專或以上相關學歷;
  2. 擁有3年或以上的相關工作經驗;
  3. 具備一定的成本費用管理、風險管控意識和財務分析能力;
  4. 熟練掌握MSOffice辦公軟件,會計核算管理軟件;
  5. 能獨立完成工作,及具備良好的溝通表逹能力;
  6. 能使用普通話、廣東話作爲工作語言,懂英文更佳。
