Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or a relevant discipline;
  • Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or related professional accounting qualification;
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience with sound supervisory and communication skills;
  • Experience in audit and NGO would be an advantage;
  • Proficient in computer software applications including Advance Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and Epicor Accounting System;
  • Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills to handle matters with different stakeholders;
  • Self-initiated, adaptable, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

 

Job Duties:

  • Report to Finance Director, supervise a team of accounting staff;
  • Monitor the daily operations and working schedules in Finance Department;
  • Conduct timely financial and management reports compile to statutory requirements;
  • Manage the preparation of accounting schedules for year-end audit, project audit etc.;
  • Assist for the treasury function of the Agency;
  • Assist in the compilation of the annual budget and the formulation of accounting and other financial control procedures;
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned.
