Job Descriptions:

  • Handle all Finance and HR related duties.
  • Perform monthly statement of accounts and trail balance.
  • Prepare monthly budget and monthly cashflow forecast for Hong Kong and Macau region.
  • Making sure all the financial reporting are within the deadlines.
  • Handle daily cheque payments, payroll, MPF, Tax filing, Employment Returns and Annual Returns.
  • Assist in internal control and liaise with auditor, internal back office operation for annual stock take and final audit.
  • Assist to resolve issues raised by finance department of overseas offices.
  • Maintain effective internal communication and external interfaces with auditors, regulators, bankers, etc.
  • To support any other ad-hoc projects when assign.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • 3 years or above relevant experience in accounting field
  • Proficiency in Ms Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup)
  • Knowledge in ERP Microsoft Dynamic accounting system preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Organized and attention to details
  • Able to meet tight timeline, initiative with good analytical and communication skills
