Accountant (Full time/ Part time)

Responsibilities

- Handle full set of accounts including affiliated companies independently

- Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial analysis, budgeting and profit forecast in a timely manner

- Handle and file company & owner’s profit tax, monthly payroll & MPF contribution record

- Perform month-end & year-end closing, annual audited accounts / tax computations

- Provide professional advice to management to strengthen the overall control

- Prepare financial statements & reports to meet management requirements

- Perform daily accounting operations and administrative works 

- Provide administrative support for the company and ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements

- Diploma in Accountancy, minimum 5 years in handling full set accounting with good audit experience at management level

- Well organized, detail-minded with strong accounting & analysis skill set

- Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated & able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skills

- Familiar with MS office and accounting software

- Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin
