About your potential employer:

Our client is a local financial public consultant company. They principally engaged in the provision of financial PR services in Hong Kong, integrating financial public relations, investor relations, international road-show, corporate branding service, marketing communications and IPO services. They acknowledge the condition of clients, their corporate communication culture and operation environment, fully understand their needs, and formulate tailor-made professional services with high quality and value-added services.

Responsibilities included:

  • Handle daily accounting and operation work
  • Provide general reception duties such as greeting visitors & answering incoming calls in professional manner
  • Provide general administration and clerical support to various departments
  • To be capable to handle or participate in ad hoc assignments or various projects

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with LCCI Level 2 or Diploma holder major in Accounting is preferable. 
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Familiar with MYOB is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and good computer knowledge
  • A good team player, well organized and responsible person
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • HK permanent citizen only
