Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the bookkeeping system of the company.
  • Process payment.
  • Bank and cash management.
  • Periodic reporting to the parent company.
  • Prepare the annually financial reports.
  • Bookkeeping reconciliation. (banks, suppliers, customers)
  • Customers collection.
  • Liaise with the company’s auditor with preparations for the audit.
  • Handle payroll processing including Employer’s Return Declaration.
  • Provide general office administrative and HR functions.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirement:

  • Degree Holder in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years work experiences in accounting and administration functions.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work alone.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in PC knowledge e.g. MS Windows and MS Office.
