Responsibilities: 

  • Handle full set accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries
  • Verify invoices and payments for the Group
  • Communicate and coordinate with oversea branches and monitor their book keeping record
  • Reconcile the balance and transactions among the inter-companies
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors for year-end audits
  • Maintain and update financial accounting records, and ensure the compliance of company policies and guidelines
  • Carry out ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:        

  • High Dip or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline 
  • Well versed in Xero is a must
  • 2 - 5 years accounting experience, candidate with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
  • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available will be advantage
