Responsibilities:

- Handle daily payment processing, receipt transaction and general entry

- Prepare sales and cost analysis reports

- Bank reconciliation

- Assist administration work and other ad-hoc matters

 

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above, or equivalent qualification

- 1-year full set accounting experience

- Preferably with sales admin background

- Has cost and revenue analysis experience is an advantage

- Knowledge in Peachtree is an advantage

- Good communication in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua

- Detail-oriented, diligent, self-motivated, independent and initiative
