Our client, a reputable international law firm is urgently looking for an Accounting Executive to join their office in HK.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting controls by executing and recommending policies and procedures
- Handle accounting and financial transaction, general ledgers and verify the accounting entries
- Prepare daily A/P, A/R and related accounting transactions, such as quarterly and annual return to The Law Society
- Prepare invoices/bills to clients, update records
- Reconcile the accounting entries and ledgers to ensure all payment are captured and posted in a professional manner
- Resolve the billing issues and verify discrepancies
- Summarize financial status by collecting relevant information
- Prepare balance sheet, P&L and related financial reports
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder with at least 2 years experience in handling A/P, A/R, full set of accounts and financial reports
- Accounting experience with law firms is needed
- Good knowledge in accounting practices and internal control procedures is highly recommended
- Fluent in English is needed
- Immediate available will be a definite advantage
