Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting operations and finance consolidation including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, P&L, Inventory accounting of multi-companies of employer’s HK head office, China offices (3 Branches) and Vietnam office. 
  • Direct staff to prepare sales and operation budget, financial forecasts and report variances
  • Timely preparation of financial reporting especially in P&L and Inventory.
  • High accountability to direct staff in AR collection and provide advice and actions plan to management. 
  • Legal counsel to management for business dispute.
  • Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Additional manager duties as necessary.
  • Occasional travelling to China is necessary
  • Prepare monthly financial reports

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Accounting Manager to handle multi-company accounts. Previous working experience in trading firms for engineering products is an advantage.
  • Excellent command in spoken mandarin and work experience in China are a plus
  • 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Excellent accounting knowledge in MYOB or equivalent.
  • High discipline in timely finance reporting. 
  • Good analytical mind and good communication skill.
