RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare invoices, vouchers and issue cheque
  • Handle supplier refund applications
  • Prepare and issue credit notes
  • Handle credit card settlement and disputes follow up
  • Support account receivable follow up
  • Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Secondary level or above with LCC immediate or above in accounting
  • Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiar in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
