Our Client, is a MNC and Hong Kong office is an Asia Pacific headquarters. The Company is listed in UK and engaging in engineering and manufacturing business. To cope with their expansion, they are looking for a high caliber to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Account Receivables area
  • Handle daily operations including data entries and prepare voucher
  • Prepare reconciliation report and statement of accounts;
  • Monitor outstanding balance, chasing overdue balance and handle debt settlement
  • Assist in month-end closing, and
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma above in Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience in Saga accounting system and familiar with MS Excel is an advantage
  • Well-organized with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
