ACCOUNTING OFFICER / ASST ACCOUNTANT - HK listed property developer (Wanchai/5 days work)

THE COMPANY :

• HK main board listed company
• Investment holdings company principally engaged in property businesses.
• Property Development : engaged in the development and sales of office properties, commercial properties and residential properties in China and Hong Kong
• Property Investment : engaged in the leasing of investment properties developed or purchased by the Company for the rental income and the appreciation of the properties' values.
• We are looking for ACCOUNTING OFFICER  - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Work in Accounting Team of 3 members 
• Coordinate and prepare annual and semi-annual reports;
• Prepare statements for all overseas subsidiaries;
• Prepare annual budget and update monthly actual figures, and make comparative analysis;
• Compile monthly group consolidated management reports and related analysis;
• Report the group cash flow forecast;
• Bachelor degree in accounting or related;
• 2-5 years of accounting experience in any businesses
• Experience in HK listed company is a plus (not a must) 
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• No trips is required 
• 5 days work
• Office location : Wanchai
