Responsibilities:
- Assist in full set of accounts for routine period end closing.
- Data entry, preparing voucher and daily accounting operations.
- Handle in payable & receivable, reports and breakdown schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date data in accounting system and filing records.
- Assist in conducting stock-take (conditional).
- Assist in accounting and other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in accounting or in any relevant field.
- At least 3 year’s relevant experience.
- Proficient in PC (Excel, Word, Cwin, Chinese input).
- Knowledge in ACCPAC would be an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility, work independently and meet tight deadline.
- Must be detail-minded, initiative, honest.
- Well-organized and able to work under pressure.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer.
- Immediate available is preferred.
- Candidates without expected salary in CV will not be considered.
