Job Description

  • Handle customer invoicing and inventory management
  • Responsible for updating AR/AP
  • Maintain customers aging and follow up outstanding customer’s payments
  • Data input in ERP (Dynamics AX) system
  • Payment processing and prepare bank reconciliation
  • Handle petty cash & expenses reimbursements
  • Support month-end closing and year-end audit
  • Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to the Finance team
  • Manage reception duty and general administrative function for the office
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Outdoor work when necessary
  • Any other ad hoc duties assign by supervisor

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma graduate in Accounting
  • At least 1-year experience in accounting
  • Outgoing personality
  • Be a fully committed team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Excellent PC skill
  • Attentive to details and good follow up skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, responsible with positive attitude
  • Willing to work over-time
