Responsibilities:

  • Prepare debit/credit notes to customers and suppliers
  • Follow up settlement received from customers and follow up outstanding balances
  • Work closely with Sales team on customer related issues and intercompany reconciliation
  • Maintain Customer master file
  • Perform ad hoc analysis

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' accounting experience in a sizable company
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken) and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
