Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Accounts Payable function
  • Prepare journal vouchers, invoices input and settlement
  • Timely preparation of payments and update information into accounting systems
  • Preparation of reconciliation for suppliers
  • Other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned  

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with LCC Higher Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience, preferably in ship management industry
  • Detailed, good communication and organizing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
