Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation of AP / AR
- Handle bank transactions and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist in monthly end closings and annual audit preparations
- Process invoices and payments
- Prepare bank and cash reconciliations
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / LCCI intermediate or above
- Knowledge in the usage of Peachtree accounting system is highly preferred
- At least 2 years of related experience are preferred
- Good Command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Knowledge of PC & MS office
- Polite, mature and pleasant characteristics
- Immediately available preferred
