Responsibilities 

  • Handle daily accounting data entry
  • Prepare accounting vouchers
  • Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payment process
  • Prepare cheques / TT payments
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • F. 5 or above with LCCI intermediate
  • At least 2 years accounting experience, preferably in legal field but not a must
  • Fast and accurate data input
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Independent, attention to detail and be a team player
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
