Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Payable, on-line banking and cheque payments
  • Check invoices and PO records, follow up PO status with relevant parties and execute payment every week
  • Maintain proper vendor ledger and bank records
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliation
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or LCC Intermediate in Accounting with min. 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Experienced in handling large volume of trade invoices and communicating with overseas vendors, with experience in trading or buying office is advantage
  • Proactive in following up shipment status or proper documentation for outstanding payable records
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP is a definite advantage but not a must
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Efficient with high team spirit and good communication skill
