Responsibilities

  • Handling daily accounting entries and maintains full set of accounts independently for the group companies.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Reconcile banks and inter-companies balances and analysis other monthly expenses.
  • Monitor billings progress and their settlements.
  • Review & check salary & other disbursement payments.
  • Prepare budgeting and costing analyzing.
  • Assist in annual audit, office administration and ad hoc assignment.
  • Liaising with banks, auditors and clients.
  • Directly report to directors


Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Accounting/LCC higher Certificate.
  • At least 8 years experience in accounting field, self-initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using MS office and Chinese word processing.
  • Fluent English and familiar with general knowledge of labour law.
  • Knowledge in using Peachtree account system and HSBC internet banking system are advantage.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
