Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including G/L, month end closing, Journal, inter-company and bank reconciliations
- To process daily Accounts Receivables transactions
- To prepare and assist in yearly audit schedules, and provide appropriate follow-up actions
- Assist in preparation of month end reconciliations
- To process daily Accounts Payable procedure
- To review and update Claim payment documents & files into the system for approval.
- Review accounting related work prepared by insurance trainee
- To prepare weekly and monthly Booked Premium report to key staff
- Assist in receptionist duties (if necessary)
- Ad Hoc Projects assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or above
- 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in general insurance industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word;
- Detailed-minded, conscientious, self-motivated and a good team player;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong communication skills
- Immediate available or by short notice is preferred
