Description

  • Complete programme definition in line with the Bank's strategic objectives throughout the life of the projects review and prioritise to ensure ongoing alignment.
  • Ensure the realisation of planned benefits
  • Ensure robust and transparent project controls including resource, financial, schedule and quality management, status reporting and governance.
  • Ensure inter-dependencies with other projects and programmes are managed effectively.
  • Process redefinition and improvement as facilitated by the project delivery
  • Identify, report and track risk, issues, assumptions project to Project Steering Committee.

Profile

  • Proven experience of defining and delivering complex projects within a banking environment.
  • Good understanding of Fair Value and Non Fair Valued Assets and Liabilities, products, Capital and Valuation Control.
  • Experience of translating regulatory requirements into internal deliverables.
  • Knowledge of the Group¡¯s financial systems and processes would be helpful.
  • Experience in business analysis and project management (agile and classic waterfall).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills covering both senior and operational levels.
